Walter Peck
Walter Peck has over 40 years of experience in the building & real estate industries, and taught a Vocational Education class for 25 years. He also taught a home inspection course approved by the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board, and has built over 100 homes throughout his career.
He received his Real Estate Inspection Certification from the Knoblock & Associates School and has an associates degree in electronics from Athens Technical College.

Walter Peck is a member of the Association of General Contractors of Georgia, and is an approved Veterans Administration Builder (ID #3818). He is licensed to perform FHA, VA, HUD, Residential, and Compliance Inspections.
He currently resides in Tybee Island Georgia off the coast of Savannah, and is more than willing to consider any inspections needed in the nearby South Carolina areas as well.
Walter is an expert in the field of home inspection. He is also trained in asbestos inspection and is a certified
inspector for HUD/FHA. His expertise in this field has proven invaluable to my company. I now use him exclusively for
all my personal investment properties.
